All new soffit and fascia board installations will include a ventilation system designed to improve airflow throughout the roof space. This helps reduce the build-up of condensation and damp in the attic and roof area, protecting the roof structure from moisture-related damage and premature decay.
Joists Rot or Damage
Once the fascia & soffit boards have been removed, we will carefully inspect the exposed roof joists to check their condition. If we discover any areas that require attention. With your approval, any necessary repairs can be carried out quickly and efficiently while the roof structure is exposed, making this the most practical and cost-effective time to resolve them.

Our ten step installation procedure will ensure that every job we undertake receive’s the same high quality of workmanship every time.
Step 1
Installation of Portable Scaffolding system to property.
Step 2
Remove 1st row of Tiles and trim back damaged or rotting Felt.
Step 3
Remove Existing Fascia & soffit Boards – Guttering.
Step 4
Check joists ends for rot or damage and repair if required.
Step 5
Align new Soffit hangers and install new Soffit boards,
Step 6
Install new Fascias, Barge Boards, Box Ends.
Step 7
Install new Ventilation system complying with building control.
Step 8
Install new Guttering & Down Pipes – Install Eaves Guard Trays.
Step 9
Replace 1st row of Tiles.
Step 10
Clean & Seal the finished installation – Remove all rubbish.
